Exchanges and Returns - Our Commitment to You
Our products have been exclusively designed and manufactured by us. We take great pride in ensuring that the quality of our clothing is of the highest standard. When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment or wash it.
If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us. Then you will get a full refund, exchange, or store credit as you request. However, please keep it in the same condition and packaging that you have received it in and we should receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchasing.
All sales are final for customized* and closeout items with no return and/or refund unless there is an error on our part or defected item.
* Shortening, Resizing and any additional customization
The cost of returning the unwanted items is paid by the customer, however if you want an exchange the shipping charges to mail back the exchanged item to you will be covered by hijabyonline.com (Islamic Clothing) in case it’s our fault.
However, if you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, hijabyonline.com (Islamic Clothing) will charge you the cost of shipping for the replacement, which will be the same as specified in our shipping policy. If you requested a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping charges that you have already paid.
Please note that there will be no return or exchange during our special offers. Therefore, please try to double check the size guide before placing your order.
